Miroslav Klose will stay at Lazio
Italian magazine Il Corriere dello Sport has found out that Lazio have no plans to cash in on legend striker Miroslav Klose in the January window.
The experienced forward has moved into the last year of his contract at Stadio Olimpico and he has all but confirmed that he will not be putting your signature on a contract extension.
Nevertheless, even with a number of clubs ready to try and sign Klose in January, Lazio chief executive Claudio Lotito has no intent to sell.
This indicates that the 35-year-old will be abandoning the club on a free transfer in the summer, with MLS and German Bundesliga his most probable destinations.
Klose is most likely to make a choice on his future after the 2014 World Cup, where he is set to represent Germany at what should be his last big tournament.
The highly ranked forward has gained a total of 130 Germany caps and scored 68 goals for the national team.
