PSG forward Cavani can be Arsenal’s attacking solution

Cavani Will Try To Move To Arsenal In The January Transfer Window

Edinson Cavani has had a frustrated time at PSG. He likes to play as a number 9 striker but that role has been filled by Zlatan Ibrahimović. Cavani has also been asked to play on the left wing several times and he hates playing there. This is why he is trying to get out of Paris and is looking at clubs from England. Last summer a lot of reports suggested that he was going to move to Old Trafford. Manchester United were looking to sell Danny Welbeck and Javier Hernandez and they were looking for replacements and Cavani was an excellent fit. Danny was sold to Arsenal for £16m whereas Chicharito went on loan to Real Madrid. Manchester United eventually captured Falcao on a season long loan. Now Arsenal are looking to sign a good striker because Danny Welbeck has failed to produce the goods. Olivier Giroud has also come back from injury for Arsenal but he is very inconsistent. If Arsenal want a real good go at the Premier League next season, they need a good striker and Cavani will solve all of their problems. PSG are currently demanding £50m for the Uruguayan striker. Arsenal are not willing to meet their demand and now it is up to Edinson Cavani to convince the club to sell him for a lower fee. If PSG eventually do lower their transfer fee demand, Arsenal will sign the PSG striker.

Robbie Keane Heading Back To The Premier League?

Robbie Keane was one of the best strikers Premier League ever saw. He played for Tottenham Hotspur for most of his career. He went to Liverpool at one point but after just 6 months he headed back to the White Hart Lane. He played under Harry Redknapp when he was playing for Tottenham. Premier League teams used to fear Tottenham when they had both Robbie Keane and Berbatov. Now Harry Redknapp is the QPR manager and his team is having an awful term. He wants a good striker to play along Charlie Austin. Charlie Austin has bagged some goals this season but his performances have been inconsistent. Harry Redknapp has been allowed to spend only £5m in the January Transfer Window and he will use the money to bring in Robbie Keane on a loan from LA Galaxy.

Alan Pardew Is Looking To Bring More Attack To His Side

In the start of the season, Alan Pardew had an awful time and his side lost back to back matches. Everyone was against him and every week the papers suggested that he was going to be sacked. Now 15 game weeks are finished and the club that once was sitting in the relegation zone is sitting on the 7th position in the league. Alan Pardew’s side met with Chelsea on the last weekend and his team ended up beating them, 2-1 with both goals being scored by Cisse. People thought that they were going to go unbeaten for all of the season just like Arsenal. Now the fans and the board are behind Alan Pardew and he wants to sign a new striker. Reports are suggesting that he will be allowed to use £20m to sign the Anderlecht striker Aleksandar Mitrovic. His club is willing to sell the striker for £20m and nothing less.
