Jérémy Ménez set for transfer to Juve or Liverpool?
[one_fourth last=”no”][/one_fourth]Jérémy Ménez is a January transfer target for Juventus, with Liverpool also said to be sniffing around the player. Ménez has struggled for first team appearances at the Parc des Princes under new boss Laurent Blanc only playing 9 times this season and Italian newspaper Tuttosport are reporting that Juve are seriously considering a bid for the player.
The exciting winger is out of contract in the summer and I Bianconeri are hoping they can secure a cut-price deal for the star. Paris Saint-Germain are likely to listen to any offer in the region of €3-4m and Juve are willing to stump up the cash as Antonio Conte looks to build a squad capable of taking the Serie A title.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus director Beppe Marotta has already been in contact with the French capital club and a deal is imminent. The technically gifted player is famed for his passing and crossing ability but he is also capable of taking dangerous set pieces.

Juventus legend Zinedine Zidane has also weighed in on the issue, saying: “Ménez would fit in very well and could play at Juventus.”
Premier League hopefuls Liverpool also see Ménez as an ideal signing, Brendan Rodgers is desperately looking to add some experience and quality to his injury ravaged squad. Their failure to qualify for the Champion’s League in recent seasons however is a stumbling block and Ménez who has previous experience playing in Serie A, having spent 3 seasons with Roma, would prefer a move back to Italy over England.
